Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BotReply, a WhatsApp AI auto-reply platform ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta platform policies at all times.

• Eligibility — you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
• Account security — keep your API keys and credentials private.
• Compliance — adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business messaging policies.
• Content — you own and are responsible for the content your agents send.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.

You agree not to misuse BotReply. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

BotReply, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by BotReply and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription term.

BotReply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotReply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
